Adam is a Senior AI Engineer at Theory Ventures. Adam has been a founding engineer, and founded teams at multiple startups. He brings a broad range of experience across full stack, mobile, and platform engineering. Prior to joining Theory, he was a Staff Software Engineer at Modern Health, where he led teams focused on core authorization infrastructure and data pipelines. Adam was a founding engineer at Kismet Health, a pediatric mental health startup, and previously led engineering projects at Stitch Fix and Blue Bottle Coffee, where he built the company’s first mobile app. Adam’s engineering approach is grounded in customer empathy, shaped by his early career in customer support.
