Beth Scheer

Beth brings over two decades of talent expertise to the team, with deep roots in both high-growth tech and venture capital. Most recently, she served as Head of Talent at Homebrew, the seed-stage firm co-founded by former Googlers Hunter Walk and Satya Patel, where she advised founders on building teams. Before that, she spent five years at Salesforce leading executive search across sales and professional services. Her career in tech began at Google in 2003, where she was an early hire helping build the AdSense team before expanding to cover business operations, corporate communications, corporate development, and engineering including new graduate PhD hiring. Beth holds a BS in Psychology from The Colorado College.
