Kristin Beach

Kristin brings over 25+ years of diversified experience in venture capital, private industry, and public accounting. In addition to overseeing financial and operational teams, her experience includes promoting collaboration amongst stakeholders and developing innovative solutions to organizational challenges.

Kristin has held several roles in venture capital where she was responsible for the redesign and implementation of key policies and processes. This included multiple software implementations and integrations which resulted in key efficiencies cross- functionally at the firms.

Prior to performing fractional CFO services, Kristin was COO/CFO at Felicis Ventures where she led the financial, reporting, administrative, and compliance aspects of the company. Previously, Kristin was CFO at Playground Global LLC where she was responsible for overseeing financial operations of the studio along with the venture funds.

Kristin started her career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touché before joining Enterprise Fleet Management, a division of Enterprise Rent-a-Car. During her 12 years with Enterprise, Kristin received extensive operating and management experience along with working cross-functionally among department leaders. She was part of a select group of Controller's to serve on software initiatives across the country.
